Permissions are inherited automatically — a right on an area applies to all sub-areas and the documents within it. Structured cleanly once, consistent for good.

Sign-in without a second password

A practical but underrated point: HELITS Intranet integrates with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID. Employees sign in with their familiar company account — single sign-on, no second password, no onboarding overhead.
