HELITS PAGES: how local SEO works at scales that manual maintenance can no longer handle
Scale local SEO without copy-paste templates. What HELITS PAGES delivers, how the AI content generation works, and what we took from the first customer projects.
Local SEO has a scaling problem. A company with ten locations that wants local visibility has to build ten individual landing pages, write local content ten times, maintain schema markup ten times. With 200 locations, you have to do that 200 times — or you skip it, and lose local visibility to competitors who did.
HELITS PAGES is the infrastructure that solves this problem. Not through template copy-paste with a swapped-in city name — Google has been penalising that for years. Instead, through automated generation of genuine, location-specific content via AI, distributed on a scalable hosting architecture.
Who HELITS Pages is built for
The product is not aimed at single-location businesses. It is built for companies that operate location-based marketing at a scale where manual maintenance becomes uneconomical: franchise chains, retailers with branch networks, supra-regional service providers, business parks.
A concrete deployment scenario: a chain of 45 branches in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg wants to be visible for local search queries in every city in which it has a presence. Without HELITS PAGES that means: creating 45 landing pages manually, writing them, providing local references, optimising them technically and updating them manually when changes occur. With HELITS PAGES: define the basic template once, specify the local data points (address, opening hours, specific particularities), and the system generates and hosts 45 optimised pages — each with unique, AI-written content that has actual local relevance.
What is under the hood
The technical architecture of HELITS PAGES is based on three layers:
Content generation: an AI model trained on local SEO analyses search queries in the target region, evaluates existing rankings, and generates content that is not only geographically correct but also addresses the actual local search intents. The output is not generic text with a city name inserted — it is text tailored to the local situation.
Hosting and delivery: pages are distributed via Cloudflare, with global CDN and edge caching. That means load times below 200 milliseconds for most requests in DACH — relevant for Core Web Vitals and therefore for Google rankings.
Schema markup automation: every generated page automatically receives structured data — LocalBusiness schema with correct address details, opening hours, coordinates. That is the technical basis on which Google builds Local Pack rankings.
What HELITS Pages is not
It is not a tool that replaces human SEO. The AI-generated content is a starting point — for customers with high quality requirements we always recommend an editorial review before publication. What the system takes off your plate is the heavy lifting: structure, technical optimisation, embedding of local facts. What the human contributes is what AI cannot: an authentic voice, real customer experiences, specific industry know-how.
In addition: HELITS PAGES is not a tool for black-hat SEO. Duplicate content, keyword stuffing, automated pages without added value — that is not what the system does, and it would be counterproductive. Google has become good enough at identifying low-quality automated content that such approaches do more harm than good.
What we have taken away from the first deployments
The first productive customer project with HELITS PAGES ran with a service provider in technical building services — 28 locations in Bavaria, no prior local landing page presence. After three months: organic clicks from local searches on the generated pages up 340 percent compared to the baseline. Seven pages made it into the Google Local Pack for their respective target cities.
That is not a guaranteed value — SEO is not a promise but a bet with optimised probabilities. But it shows that the system delivers what it was built for.
For companies that operate location-based marketing at scale, the HELITS PAGES product page is the starting point. Anyone who wants to see the system in action in advance: the live environment runs at pages.helits.app. For questions on technical integration and pricing we are also directly available — the model is project-based and depends on the number of locations and desired level of automation.
