Is HELITS HRIS a standalone app?

It is a web-based SaaS platform that can be seamlessly installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on smartphones. Employees can thus record working hours or submit expenses on the go.

How secure is the personnel data?

We use a multi-tenant cloud architecture with strict data isolation. All data is stored in German data centres (Hetzner Cloud) and subject to strict GDPR monitoring.
Can we synchronise existing calendars (Outlook)?

Can the application process be automated?

HELITS HRIS is offered on a project basis on request. The price depends on the number of employees, desired modules and the scope of the M365 integration. The initial consultation is free – in it we jointly determine your needs and create a transparent offer.
Is HELITS HRIS GDPR-compliant and hosted in Germany?

Yes. All personnel data is stored exclusively in German data centres (Hetzner Cloud). The system meets the requirements of the GDPR, HinSchG and the Federal Data Protection Act. A complete data protection concept with TOMs is available on request.
How long does the introduction of HELITS HRIS take?

A basic installation with recruiting, master data and M365 integration is typically operational within 4–6 weeks. Extended modules such as whistleblowing, DATEV connection or individual onboarding are added step by step. The introduction takes place in parallel with ongoing operations.
