In which file formats do we receive the finished graphics?

You receive all graphics in the formats optimised for the respective purpose. For print: PDF/X-4, EPS or AI in CMYK with bleed and embedded fonts. For web and screen: PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG and animated GIFs or Lottie files for animations. On request, we deliver all source files for later editing.

Does HELITS also handle printing and production?

Yes. We coordinate printing and production through our print partner network – from small print runs (digital printing) to large volumes (offset printing). We handle prepress, proof, coordination with the printer and delivery. You receive print-ready data or the finished printed products directly – as you prefer.

Which image licences are used for my graphics?

We exclusively use licensed stock images (e.g. Adobe Stock, Shutterstock) or your own photos. We document image licences transparently for each client. On request, we also organise professional product photography or business photos as a separate project.

Who owns the usage rights to the created graphics?

Upon full payment of the project, we transfer all necessary usage rights for the agreed purpose (print, web, DACH region). Source files can be handed over on request for an additional charge. We regulate this transparently in the offer.

How many revisions are included in the graphic design project?

The standard includes 2 revision rounds after presenting the first draft. We place great value on thorough briefing so that the first draft is close to your expectations. Additional revision rounds can be booked transparently. Fundamental concept changes after approving a direction are calculated separately.

How long does a graphic design project take?

Simple projects such as a single flyer or social media graphic can be realised in 3–5 working days. More extensive projects such as brochures, catalogues or exhibition graphics are planned at 2–4 weeks depending on scope. For urgent projects, we offer express processing for an additional charge.

Does HELITS also create animated graphics and motion design?

Yes. We design animated social media posts (GIF, MP4), Lottie animations for websites and simple explainer videos with screencasting and motion elements. For complex video animations or 3D animations, we work with specialised partners.
